Washing and caring for luxury hair extensions requires a gentle approach to maintain quality & extend the life span. Here are the detailed steps:

1. **Brush Before Washing:**

- Begin by gently detangling your hair extensions with a wide-tooth comb. Start from the ends and work your way up to avoid damage.

2. **Use a Mild Shampoo:**

- Choose a sulfate-free and paraben-free shampoo suitable for extensions. Apply a small amount to your hands and gently lather through the hair. Avoid aggressive rubbing, as it can lead to tangling.

3. **Condition Regularly:**

- Apply a high-quality conditioner, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends. Leave it on for a few minutes, to allow moisture to penetrate the hair.

4. **Rinse Thoroughly:**

- Rinse your hair extensions with cool water, ensuring all shampoo and conditioner residues are completely washed out. Use a downward motion to prevent tangling.

5. **Avoid Hot Water:**

- Cold or lukewarm water is preferable, as hot water can strip the hair of its natural oils and contribute to dryness.

6. **Pat Dry with a Towel:**

- Gently pat your hair extensions with a soft towel to remove excess water. Avoid rubbing vigorously to prevent damage and tangling.

Standard Shipping: Please allow up to 3-4 business  days to process your order BEFORE shipping. When a  customer places an order, they will be provided with  an estimated date of delivery, based on the availability of the selected items and the shipping  address. 

For some orders, we will require identification to  provide that the order was in fact made by the  card/account owner. We will reach out for you to  send in your government issued ID to fulfill your  order. If your information is not verified within 48  hours we will refund you minus 3% cancellation fee. 

Shipping Methods: 

Standard Shipping [5 to 15 business days] - Signature  confirmation is NOT included but all shipping costs 

INCLUDE package insurance covering the full price of  the order. 

You can also do a Pick-Up order within 7-12 business  days. This may be sooner based off of inventory  stock. 

The Krowned Collection is not responsible for late  shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather  delays, or any courier delays. 

The Krowned Collection is not responsible for any  damaged, lost or stolen packages. Please contact the  courier to submit a claim due their negligence and  failure to meet your expectation. The Krowned  Collection IS SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR PROCESSING  AND FULFILLMENT OF YOUR ORDER. 

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes: If your order is  submitted with a P.O. Box in the Shipping section,  your order will automatically be canceled.
